Liftable Heavy Transport Axles

Description
This mod makes front axles on the ownable Low Bed/Low Loader and Special Transport trailers liftable to improve truck handling.

This mod does not require you own own both Heavy Cargo and Special Transport. It will work with whatever DLC you have.

No. This mod uses custom definition files and so would be deactivated upon loading TMP.
