Liftable Heavy Transport Axles

Description
This mod makes front axles on the ownable Low Bed/Low Loader and Special Transport trailers liftable to improve truck handling.

This mod does not require you own own both Heavy Cargo and Special Transport. It will work with whatever DLC you have.

Yes there has not been a change to these files in the game for years. It will work in many older versions of the game.

You have to assign your own key to lift/drop trailer axles.
