Quan Chi (Mortal Kombat Mythologies/4)

The guy who angrily glares at you from the side of the Mortal Kombat 4 cabinet is finally here. Get all your 'woolay' jokes outta your system now, god knows I had to while making this character.

This is strictly based on the Mythologies/MK4/Defenders of the Realm era of the character, meaning that the closest thing to later iterations is a Deadly Alliance costume referencing his old look.

Moveset is based on both games (kind of a stretch, since Mythologies only inspired him having the 'spell' move), with some moves from Mortal Kombat Trilogy X also peppered in. The back lariat/chest stomp is specifically inspired by Sub-Zero's hilarious MK4 ending. He also has Kano/Jarek's heart rip to reference the fact that it was one of the finishers he could mimic in 4/Gold.

Also comes with custom voices if you use the modpack (previous characters were also updated in this regard), which can be found here:

I don't know if this character uses any of the paid DLCs but Steam won't let me remove the required DLC data at the moment, so I dunno.
