we love this map! thank you so much! but plz could you fix the textures on the map? they are nuts since the western front update, looks like comic stuff and the bridge is invisible after hitting it :O

(cont'd) .... Perhaps a few more shrubs and small trees along the river bank would have softened this area and made it possible for infantry to have cover while sneaking along the banks of the river. Where the river splits into 2, some rubble/small rocks in the water (or a bit of sand bar) would give this a more natural appearance. Overall a great job. I encourage you to make more maps and I do look forward to more of your work.:Honored::KneelingBow:

@thomasbreeveld I liked the map as it was built and it was well done. There is a place in CoH2 for 2v2 maps – and this is it. I encountered no technical problems and my play through went smoothly. The slight rise on the southeast side of the river caught me a bit by surprise when I played this. A gaggle of troops were hiding behind this rise and hit me in the flank when I thought it was secure. The area on the west side of the map was a bit flat, so I felt there was a definite advantage if you are defending on the east side of the river. The sand bags and stone walls on the west bank did sort of compensate for this, but they were soon destroyed in the melee. There was nice detail along portions of the river – I loved the barrels in the water; I wasn't sure if that was beer or vodka. ....

@ q8-6r6nge3 I don't feel you need a pop cap of 300-400 for this map – with nine sectors to capture it's a relatively small map. With 2p we had captured all the sectors in our area quickly (~2 minutes). It would have taken us probably 1.5 hours of play to build up enough resources for 400 points worth of units. Perhaps 3v3 with 150 pop cap would have been ok, but it would have been a struggle for more than this. Even 3v3 with 100 pop cap would have worked, but I appreciated the space to spread my buildings out a bit to avoid artillery.
