Adds a custom navigation voice pack based off of The Grand Tour; Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond & James May's voice lines from the Waze app.

@MarMite You need to understand that I did not create this GPS mod from whole cloth. I converted it from an existing real-world GPS unit. Who says what in the list of comments is neither under My control nor My problem.

This one sucks, far too much May, Clarkson only says one line after may says turn left (no doubt a euro bash but the voice is low) and Hammond also has only 1 or 2 lines and you can not hear half of what he is saying......

Rename it to James May talks bollocks ;)
