Description
Adds a custom navigation voice pack based off of Elvis Presley's voice lines from the Waze app.

Yeah, I was afraid of that. I recognize that file. The VPM format can only be placed in a Real-World GPS unit. I need open, un-encrypted sound files in order to make a gps voice for SCS games. There does not seem to be any way to get the sounds out of VPM files.

I got Your audio files. its a good start, but it looks like what You have are fairly general. To make a GPS voice, I need specific statements like "turn left, exit right" etc.
