Elevator Storage V.23.3

Description
This mod makes the elevator more useful. Once the Elevator is powered, you can use the elevator for mass storage.

-Elevator now uses 30 power to function
-When powered, it will have 5000 storage and 2 equipment slots
-Updated for Version 23.3

I'm on a test build 24.3 and the mod works fine since the beginnig of a fresh new game.

Mods works but the biggest problem is when you use this mod the elevator never produces power like it should so you are basically out of luck as in the beginning the only power source you have is the elevator itself until more is researched.

Let me know if you run into any bugs I tested it to verify it worked and that equipment worked with it as well. This mod only contains the elevator changes, so it should be compatible with any mod that does not change the elevator.
