I've fixed holes inside the ship and added air vents and a conveyor system so the internals can now have oxygen. I've modified the bedrooms and processing areas, adding vents and gravity. I've added shields and improved thrusters so the ships should work perfectly fine inside atmosphere. With the changes I think the ship should now be survival ready.

Added a fake command tower to the ship to make it more accurate, activated the city lights and recoloured a few blocks based on official scans.

Note: You need to turn off Thruster Damage in your world's settings.
