Marty Scurll The Villan, was known in Defiant for his villionish attacks on others, a heel who would attack other's when the refree was not looking, usally illegal moves.

Marty would then sign with ROH and later join NJPW, where too this day Marty still wrestlers in ROH, mostly part of the stable Villain Enterprises.

Marty has won various titles in many promotions he has joined and is a regular title threat.
