Description
Avorion: 1.0 - 2.0
A library for modders that provides tools for easier modding of the researchstation.lua file as well as adds some useful features.
Feel free to contact me if you want to add some extra features like hooks, utility functions e.t.c

NOTE: This mod will be updated to the stable versions only. I'm not planning to support Beta-versions since they come out very often and I don't have the time to check and update mods every time.

Features
  • Overrides "ResearchStation.transform" function, making it return success true/false status as well as error code.

Bug reporting
  1. Tell your game version and list of mods you have activated.
  2. Give an instruction on how to reproduce a bug, step by step.
  3. Use Pastebin[pastebin.com] to attach links to your client and server logs.
    Windows:
    C:\Users\(ProfileName)\AppData\Roaming\Avorion\clientlog (datetime).txt C:\Users\(ProfileName)\AppData\Roaming\Avorion\galaxies\(GalaxyName)\serverlog (datetime).txt
    Linux:
    /home/(ProfileName)/.avorion/clientlog (datetime).txt /home/(ProfileName)/.avorion/galaxies/(GalaxyName)/serverlog (datetime).txt
  4. Make a screenshot if problem can be seen visually.

丢雷楼某, Hi. I may be wrong (especially since I never modded weapons) but I think "lib/shiputility.lua" is responsible for adding turrets to generated ships. I stopped playing and modding the game several years ago. I suggest asking in the modding channel in the official Discord.

I have no itentions of doing that since it seems to create quite a load on the server. But you're free to make a mod yourself.
