Description

Update of Aeryl mod
https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=843504745

- Added a wall-mounted gauge, since people asked for it and I liked the idea!
- Added the current temperature in the description of a selected gauge
- Added the current temperature in the description of a selected switch
- Testing this with the Parallel Power-grid mod gave no errors so it should now be compatible
- Russian translation added, thanks uncleshvya

Adds a simple buildable thermometer that displays the current ambient temperature and can be configured to provide temperature based alerts. You can set it to alert you when a room gets too hot or cold. If you have ever had food rot in a freezer or plants die in your greenhouse because you forgot to check the temperature, this mod is for you.

It should be fine to add this mod to an existing save.

Updated to 1.0.0 (22 Oct 2018):
• Updated for version 1.0
• Now supports Fluffy's Mod Manager.
• Switches now update less frequently; this should provide a slight increase to performance.

  • See if the the error persists if you just have this mod and its requirements active.
  • If not, try adding your other mods until it happens again.
  • Post your error-log using HugsLib or the standalone Uploader and command Ctrl+F12
  • For best support, please use the Discord-channel for error-reporting.
  • Do not report errors by making a discussion-thread, I get no notification of that.
  • If you have the solution for a problem, please post it to the GitHub repository.
  • Use RimSort[github.com] to sort your mods

Thank you for the update! This mod is CRITICAL to my winemaking efforts!

GD soooo many mods required for this game, I can't stand it. I appreciate the work of you modders so much.

I wasn't sure what this mod was when I first seen the title. I kinda thought it might be like description below. Maybe something to consider in the future for another mod, or new feature here? I don't know, just thought I'd leave it here :P (Like the idea of what this mod actually does already tho and subbed hehe)

A thermometer placed inside near a door, colonists would look at it and if they aren't equipped to handle whatever's outside, they won't go wandering around for a walk or whatever.

So you don't end up with this kind of situation:

"It's 0 degrees out, I don't have a jacket or warm hat or anything, but I'm just gonna go out here and go for a walk 'cause I need me some recreation! Who cares if I get hypothermia?"

@Mile Apparently this was because of Subsurface Conduit mod. I uninstalled subsurface conduits and now it seems everything is working fine.

@hottt3 In my tests I have not gotten issues with it more than it taking a while after load, that the last update took care of.
I need more information on your building setup and how to recreate the issue. Have you tested without other mods that might interfere?

Temperature switch still not working((
Mlie  [author] Jul 11, 2020 @ 12:31pm
@hottt3 @TripleShades This should be fixed now. The switch only worked after load if the temperature-limit was triggered again so I added the current state of the switch to the save-game and it should work better now.
Also added the current temperature to the info-box as it seemed like a reasonable thing to show.

I agree with @TripleShades. The temperature switch is absolutely bugged. It works after construction, then after reloading it stops working.:winter2019sadsnowman:

I hope this is enough, it's a screenshot of the problem itself.
