Historical Ships of The Royal Navy

This guide is a part of a series to make historical fleet - or close to historical during games.

Doctrine

The Royal Navy was stretched thin in the aftermath of the Great War. It had lost a lot of capital ships at the battle of Jutland - and the emergence of new naval powers (Japan, USA & Italy) made the huge areas covered virtually indefenceable.
It was in lieu of this that the admirality agreed to the Washington and later London Naval Treaty of the interwar period.
