How to Play Black Jack: from what i have seen with a luck of 9 you always want to hold at 18, face cards are 10. and any other card is its face value or the number read on the card so 2 of clubs would be 2 of clubs, also a ace is 11 unless you go over 21 then it is a 1. you goal is to get 21 which gives you almost a 100% win rate

Luck: Luck is the most importent S.P.E.C.I.A.L in gambling. it is the only thing that is taken into account when playing in casinos so if you have a luck of one well you arent going to make alot of money now are you.

so have a luck of 9 so you still have a extra S.P.E.C.I.A.L to use. Always play black jack it gives you a better chance. you want 21 in black jack. hold at 18 with a luck of 9. thats really it this is a affective way to make money. and if you want the AMR (Anti-Matter Rifle) quickly this is the best way to do it. Gambling is almost useless once you figure out how easy dead money with all gold bars is. I have like 240,000 caps and still have quite a few gold bars at level 13.

having 9 points in luck from the begining is a waste. go for 7 instead which is already high for any build, purchase the naughty nightwear, get 4000 caps and buy the luck inplant, bum. 9 luck. you don't need 10. with 7-8 luck you have enough to win at the blackjack.

Having a luck of 9 and then purchasing the Naught Night Wear from mick and ralph that has +1 Luck (giving you overall 10 in Luck) will get you 19, 20, or 21 almost every hand.

Following what I post below, you can get (at most) 34,995 caps. (and an extra 3,499 with dead money)

You forgot a particularly useful part.
Although it requires LOTS of commitment (and/or a anti-anti-casino-cheat mod to remove the 60 second waiting period).

Basically,
Step 1. Blackjack until you are 1 chip under the gambling limit.

I.E. It says max winnings in the tops is 10,000. Play Blackjack until you are on 9,999 won.

Step 2. Save (don't want to lose any progress at that point.)

Step 3. Cash in all your chips, then cash out 200, 400, 600, 800, or 1000. Depends on how much you are willing to go down for this.

Step 4. Walk up to the Roullete table.

Step 5. Save (this save will be particularly important here and may be used a lot).

Step 6. Bet 200 on 0 or 00.

Step 7. Repeat step 6 until you win 7k and are banned from the casino.
Step 7.1. If you run out of chips to bet on, load the save in step 5. You may need to wait a minute (if you don't have the anti-anti-casino-cheat mod). Continue from step 6.
