The mod replaces the face for all outfits, as well waist and thigh pieces for the first outfit, with custom sprites when the wrestler appearance is loaded.
The mod also offers an expanded moveset, where moves for some front grapple slots are re-rolled from a list after they are used. The lists always include the move originally assigned to the slot, so a degree of customization is available even with this option in use.

Additionally, there is an option to allow the slot Big Left/Right to initiate Corner Backbreaker while inside the ring. Outside the ring Canadian Backbreaker Slam is done instead. This option works by replacing Canadian Face Busters attempted from this slot. This option is an add-on for the expanded movelist option and requires it to work.

The moves in the expanded movelist are:

SML+D: Arm Whip
MED: Short Elbow, Short Elbow B, Mongolian chop, Mongolian Chop B
MED+U: Delayed Brainbuster, Fallaway Slam
MED+LR: Shoulder Buster, Stomach Crusher
MED+D: Manhattan Drop, Manhattan Drop B
BIG: Front Suplex Whip
BIG+U: Shotgun, Delayed Vertical Brainbuster
BIG+LR: Super Body Blow, Hercules Cutter, Backflip Driver
BIG+U: German Suplex, Super Bomb

If a move appears more than once it simply has an extra chance to be chosen. The Corner Backbreaker option adds 3 copies of Canadian Face Buster to the BIG+LR list.
