Immersive Armor (vers. 6.1)

Description

Join our DISCORD [discord.gg] to stay up to date with development, ask questions or request help with any issues!

The Immersive Armors mod adds a total of 400+ new items to the game, vatiating from armor, epic armor, weapons and a totally new concept to Conan Exiles: accessories and jewelry. We have quivers for the archers, civilian clothes for the civilians and some heavy armor with horns for the edgelords!

Immersive Armors is currently using the Accessory Wardrobe system created by Whiskey. The system allows you to equip a variety of items, even more than originally possible. There's slots for piercings, belts, cloaks, masks and even spare body parts (not included in this mod).

Immersive Armors attempts to stay true to the Conan lore and aesthethics and almost all weapons, armor and accessories of the mod is created or inspired by original assets from the game. This way, the mod size and server load stays low.

There's a large list of Frequently asked Questions in THIS steam discussion. Please read the Frequently Asked Questions list before asking. If you do want to ask something, feel free to use discord or comments. I'm also open to feedback and suggestions, just remember to stay polite and considerate.

The Accessory Wardobe system is quite easy to use. When pressing Shift + I (or use the small button in your character screen), you'll find all equipment slots you could ever need. The system also works on Thralls and Thespians from Joshtech's Pippi mod.

This mod should be compatible with all mods and the Isle of Siptah DLC. If they don't work together with a certain mod, feel free to contact me about it. All my items in the datatable are beginning with the number 199802xx which should be unique. If there's another modder using these numbers, I'd be glad to know so that I could change mine or they could change theirs.

This mod isn't a lone effort of myself. I'm working hard to maintain and update this mod but I could never do it alone. I've learnt from a lot of people throughout the course of my 'modding career'. I'd like to thank the ones who helped me, who taught me what I know and who continue to be there when I have questions: Joschtech, WaffleButter, Helion, Ephraim, AtzerriGold, Whiskey, Hades and Multigun. All those people have helped me, taught me how to work with Maya, UE4, taught me how to create blueprints (or made blueprints for me). And so much more. I can't thank those people enough. I would also like to thank AtzerriGold en EvilGrin for their awesome mods, which combines well with my mod and causes for some amazing screenshots as seen above.

Joshtech - Pippi - User & Server Management
WaffleButter - Akuba's Salon
AtzerriGold - RA: Character Customisation
EvilGrin - Barbarian Barber

I'd also like to thank the people who have supported with kind words and through my Ko-Fi. I really appreciate all the support. I'm lucky to have such a kind community in my discord who are both helpful and aren't afraid to give feedback or suggestions.

I'd also like to thank FireSpark81 for giving my mod a honest review and creating a nice little tutorial video of how my mod works. (The video is now outdated, but I'm still grateful!

And of course, I'd like to thank Funcom for making the game assets they have made, available for us modders to use. It allows us modders to do great things, like this mod. So thank you, Funcom.

Creating mods is a hobby of mine, so I'm by no means looking to turn this into a full-time and paying job and I'm by no means trying to gain profit from this mod. But as a creator and a student without a job it is always nice to have something on the side. If you can spare me something, you can visit my Ko-Fi Page [ko-fi.com] and buy me a ko-fi. Please be advised that this absolutely not neccesary to use my mod and only get me something if you can spare it!

How do you go about getting the "Epic" versions of the items that give stat boosts? Someone on my server mentioned that and I am curious.

Hey, could you look into making the toe nails and toe rings work with the High Heel Mod? The toes move down to accommodate the heels but the nails/rings sorta float above where the toes used to be :P

I have encounter a bit of a texture bug the Zamorian Necklace seems to be missing it's sheen, Just to make sure it was just the necklace itself I threw on a Zamorian dancer blouse on my thrall and the necklace piece is still shiny. So I quickly got a female player character and test the same thing. Necklace accessory lacks the shine. the dancer blouse is fine. I quickly tested the armband accessory to see if they have the same issue but they don't.

Hi, are you ever planning any more and new clothes?

Is there a possibility that we could get a full length version of the Aquilonian Toga? It would make a really nice Aquilonian/Argossean style tunic/dress for female characters to have something ankle length.

Is there a way to increase the lighting on the lantern accessories you can equip to the hip of your character?

Capes. That's all I can say, that's all I can ask for. Capes. Lol

So there's an accessory slot for horns, but there is no items that go into that slot? Am I missing something? I went through every item in the admin command and did not see a single item that was labeled as 'Horns' that would fit the slot. Is it just a placeholder for other mods to use?

I just want to make my oni waifu complete :'(

have you thought of doing this for weapons as well. like you black smith each part seperately with varying materials to get new stats and item looks?
