Welcome to part 4 of my Modding series for Fallout: New Vegas. In this part we'll be making some Tweaks to our Fallout ini text documents. These are files that contain the more advanced settings for the game.

Quick note, for the FalloutCustom.INI file to overwrite the Fallout.ini and FalloutPrefs.ini you need to download and install the JIP LN NVSE Plugin https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/58277
