The Ronin from Yokohama, Kengo Tamura has been known for his bloody brawls, his sharp kicks, his consistency in form, his colorful back tattoo, and most of all, his persistent habit of never staying for long in any fed.

Tamura was an instrumental name on the roster from the first PEWA event, lending an international flavor and credibility to the fed, even in his loss to Hobo Harry. From '99 to '00, Tamura put on quality matches and feuded for the title with Jack Fury. He would leave by the end of 2000, but would make sporadic appearences for the next few years. Now, in 2019, the Senatorial Office and the PEWA have made a full time offer to Tamura, who for the first time in his career, may well actually sign a long term contract, seeing an opportunity to wrestle in the Office's numerous Affiliate organizations.
