KAT - Advanced Medical - SpO2 Fix

Description
Small fix of the SpO2 level of the KAT - Advanced Medical mod.

Most of the code was made by Katalam, the author of KAT - Advanced Medical.
We just did a little modification so the SpO2 won't be stuck at 65% even though you haven't cleared the patient airways.
This way, the level will keep dropping and he will die when the Sp02 hits 11%.

The person should be well and truly dead before reaching 11% TBH
