Mod is useless in the current update and modder is mia. Don't bother with downloading this unless you're willing to sift through the xmls yourself.

New game most likely would be a good thing as all stations started before this mod is enabled via the extensions menu will still be using vanilla build times.

Я не уверен, как это сделать. Даже если бы я это сделал, его нужно было бы перенести в другой мод, так как он не соответствует теме этого.
