Acuddle's Weapon Unbalance Mod

Description
This mod (un)balances weapons and weapon generation. It also adds Ramming Weapons, Artillery Weapons, Rare Variants, Specialties, overhauled Torpedoes, and Encyclopedia entries (note: also spoils Rare Variants and final boss) !

Mod got broken by 0.29 on faction code. Sorry, I don't think I'll be continuing this mod, especially now that I want to play the game again :steamfacepalm:. (Feel free to debug it yourself if it's easy, but I think it's not since factions.lua seems to have changed dramatically.)

its not only that i had it without any of thoes mods and the equipment docks didnt have any turrets
ive started a new game and am testing if its any of the new mods ive gotten

i have these 3 mods all of them do it <Mod>Raw Mining missile<MOD> Rail Cannon<Mod>Mega-Particle Beam Weapons and when i take them off things work

when i have the mod enabled it makes it so turrets dont spawn in shops

The 2.0.1 update fixed the blue clouds (and the white and red clouds too): now those Moonsider (and Shinywaver/Gatecrasher) Nanosprayers will fire with much more delay between salvos :steamhappy:, alongside the other 'sprayers !
The other blue force projectiles are Impulse Force Cannons, which have indigo fast (cannon) projectiles, but I really doubt those are at fault since they are very slow to fire.
It is weird that the enemy turns more frantically than in vanilla since I discovered NPC AI craft is immune to the recoil of their weapons, and Self Pull/Self Push effects don't affect projectiles - maybe enemies with Cutter Beams and Starlances would be affected though.
(For the same reason Giminy Cricket Pulse Cannons have been discontinued :steamsad:.)
