No longer updated. Works on 1.9.2.

Updated/Rehashed version of Millennium Dawn More Variants, by MrBlazzar, which was based on this mod, which was based on this mod. Updated to the June 2019 Millennium Dawn Patch.

Note: Spoilers →this is a "spoiler"← indicate that an item is planned, but not yet implemented.

Equipment Level
  • Upgrade-level-cap raised from 5 to 99.
  • Units with additional upgrades, relative to Millennium Dawn More Variants.
    • Transport Planes
    • Utility Vehicles
    • Light Attack Aircraft
    • Transport Helicopters
    • Attack Helicopters
    • UAVs
    • Ships

Balance Changes
  • The base movement speed of Transport Helicopters and Utility Vehicles has been greatly increased.
    • Utility Vehicles ("Motorized"), Field Artillery, SPAA, SPAT: 40km/h.
    • Transport Helicopters ("Air Assault"): 100km/h.
    • MBTs, IFVs, SPGs ("Armored"): 20km/h.
    • Light Tanks, APCs ("Mechanized"), MLRS: 30km/h.
  • Attack Helicopters are more capeable, easier to build, but expensive to operate.
    • Attack Helicopters' Air_Attack and Ground_Attack were increased.
    • Attack Helicopters' can now perform Naval_Missions.
    • Attack Helicopters' fuel_consumption × 250%
    • Attack Helicopters' manpower requirement × 75%

Model Mismatch Corrections
  • Armored Infantry divisions will now use IFV sprites instead of APC sprites.
  • Mechanized Infantry divisions will now use APC sprites instead of IFV sprites.

Planned
  • Fuel Cost to scale with upgrades to Engine.
  • Unique sub-type upgrades for all units types that amount to the tactical and strategic dichotomy.
    • Tactical (Armor, Mobility, and Firepower)
    • Strategic (Fuel Cost, Material Cost, and Production Cost)
  • Include a way to reduce Production Cost.

    Any mod that alters these files will be incompatible:

Recommended Mods
I strongly suggest using this mod with another that increases XP limits; in fact, upgrading to anything Lvl 99 will cost somewhere around 50,000 XP. Thus, the only mod that fits the bill is Mr Tsubodai's -Unlimited XP+, which raises the XP cap to 999,999, the PP cap to 999,999, and the CP cap to 600 (these are the absolute limits for these fields; I tried to make them higher, but the effort required is far beyond the benefit such a modification would provide).
Additionally, a mod that increases the rate of Army, Navy, and Air XP would be helpful for multiplayer games, but I've yet to find one that does not also raise the caps, which would be incompatible with Mr Tsubodai's mod. Thus, making a mod that combines these two is on my priority list and I'll link such a mod in this description when it is released.

In other news, I'm very much in need of some help balancing the upgrades. Someone with a math-brain would help...a lot.

I haven't started work on the Naval Upgrades, but I'm very keen on porting the ship-designer to MD, if it's possible at all; I may need to steal someone else's work, haha. :steammocking:

Right now, balancing the upgrades, changing the UI, and simplifying upgrades for everything is my priority.

I don't think that the update will break the mod, but having this mod installed will overwrite any changes to fuel consumption rates, vehicle stats, and upgrades. There are some tweaks to the upgrade UI, too, but this overwrites all of that.

I do plan on updating it, but I don't forsee anything game-breaking coming up, short of new mechanics being added. Still, I'd have a version of MD 1.0 on hand in case it does.
