Revision 3 of my RCBA map. See below for the change log.

This is a complete re-make of the Castle Blood Advanced map with a few changes:
- Most obvious one: Different map shape
- Dark age as the starting age
- No one (except Vikings) starts as elite, and instead get elite units at a certain number of kills
- Bonus kills as well as villagers once you reach the razing threshold
- Ability to turn unique unit spawn off
- Slightly faster unit spawns

I really dislike the shape of the current CBA, as it is really not suitable for, say, player 1 and 3 to be enemies - it forces those 2 into combat. However, I really like the general idea behind the map. So this is my solution :)

Please give the map a try before judging it. And if you enjoy it: please take the time to rate it up, and comment with what you liked and what you feel could be improved.

Change log:
v3
- Slightly slower spawn times for a few civs
- Hidden mill added so players are now able to build markets
- Replaced many of the bombard towers with watch towers
- Removed 2 of the accursed towers from each base
- Removed some wall from each base which was preventing units getting behind some of the castles

- Fixed bug where only player 1 got extra resources at 1000 kills
- Cartography is now researched by default

when i choose one of the new forgotton civs it wont spawn units. why is that?

I don't think it's a bug so much as a feature. As I said earlier - it's hidden techs/resources I'm looking at which the likes of you and I are not *supposed* to be aware of.

If you were to view the map in, say, AoK Trigger Studio, most of the selected techs and reources would be visible to you.

Yeah no joke, I took a look at your triggers. That takes a lot of work! but you did a great job. So is that a glitch that when you click on the condition it changes to anarchy?

Yea I've given out a few civ bonuses (Elite Berserks from 0 kills, Squires to Teutons, Husbandry to Persians)

Agreed the concept of CBA is imbalanced, but late game CBA hero is pretty well balanced with all techs.

Without all techs.... I tend to dislike the map somewhat.

Anyway, it shouldn't be too much effort to make a hero version. And I guess it doesn't really matter if I think the map is imbalanced if people enjoy it. Give me a few days to muster the will power :)

Most CBA hero maps that i play do not have all-tech enabled. but they do little things like give vikings castle age sooner. as far as imbalanced goes, the whole concept of CBA is imbalanced. not everyone starts out even, but you have to work as a team and play each civ to its strengths. then on the flip side try to help out where ur teamate is weak. tuetons are just screwed, they will get hit and run all day. I think they give them squires early to help out
