Ece's sounds from Yandex for ETS 2!

Compatible with version 1.43.x

Now your navigator will have the Ece (Turkish) voice from Yandex.Navigator. I saw that nobody had made any navigation sound packs for Turkish and this surprised me. Everyday, at least 5 million drivers are listening to Ece on the open Turkish roads. Infact, I too use Yandex with this voice selected.
