Using Console Commands

The console can be opened using the ` key (under Esc) while in-game. You can add items to your inventory using the following command:

player.additem <base ID> <amount>

DLC items will have "xx" in their base ID. The value of "xx" changes depending on the load order of your DLC/mods. If you have all the DLC and no mods, the "xx" of Honest Hearts items will be "02". If that doesn't work, you can either check the load order in a mod loader, or check the wiki[fallout.fandom.com] for more help.

For those who may find it later, if you can't see the survivalist rifle in the duffle bag it may mean that one of the nearby White Legs snatched it before you so either check their copses or use cheats to spawn it.
