Here are some recommedations for some soundtracks, maybe you want to check them out.
Darksiders Genesis - really epic stuff especially the song "Astarte", you can have a glimpse at it in my wallpaper "Forgotten Realm"
the whole Borderlands soundtracks, I highly recommend the songs "The Finishing Move Inc." did. "The Proving Grounds Mystery" is an outstanding track to name one.
Just two name some examples out of hundreds I could give you.
In general soundtracks to games are the way to go if you like that atmospheric stuff. Not that epic like the themes the movie industry usually use in their productions but way more carrying the mood in my opinion. I love that shit. ^^
