TREKORION: Na Pennsylvania class light frigate

The vessel is essentially a Ti material corvette with a secondary hull. The drive section adds new system blocks available at naonite: shield generators and hyperspace cores.

Titanium generators, energy storage, torpedo tubes, and turret mounts also get a material upgrade.

Naonite is an odd material tier. It's essential for your mid-game, but adds a lot of weight to your ships. Until you discover some trinium, you'll have to get used to some slower acceleration and rotational speeds.

Updated the internals with more cargo space, better turret placement, and more engines.

Decided that the Na material ship should use an older style deflector dish. Will add the glowy, blue TMP style dish at the Xa tier of material.
