Description
CURRENTLY IN BETA - USE AT YOUR OWN RISK

Extra Covert Ops
You can now have a max of 3 Covert Ops active at any given time.

"Additional Covert Ops" Facility upgrade has 2 tiers and unlocks the last 2 staffslots.
These special staffslots have to be filled in order to have 1 extra Covert Op per slot.
Noticeably each of these facility upgrades cost 1 Resistance Communication Relay per upgrade.
Because of how the game handles special requirements these upgrades will not appear in the list if you don't have 1 free Resistance Communication Relay to use for the upgrades.

Extra Card Slots
Allows you to have 3 end-of-the-month mission card slots for each faction.

Like vanilla each of the 2 extra card slots are unlocked by having a high influence with each faction and having a "Work Station" facility upgrade purchased.
You increase influence by doing the Chosen missions for the respective faction.
Influence is checked retroactively in existing saves.

Scientist Staffslot
All Staffslots in the Resistance Ring are now Scientists instead of Engineers and the total possible staffslots is now increased to 4.
You can switch back to Engineers in the mod's "XComGame.ini" file.

Ambush Disabled
Ambush as a Covert Op mission risk has now been disabled.
You can disable this change in the mod's "XComGame.ini" file by removing/commenting out these lines :
+DisableRisk = "CovertActionRisk_Ambush"
+DisableCard = "ResCard_GuardianAngels"
Changes should appear when the Covert Ops are being refreshed at the start of the next month.

If it doesn't work for you, then you probably need to start a new game.

Fixed Logscriptstack on AddFacilityProgressQueue.OnInit and CreateQueue
Added support for the main Avenger EventQueue, due to how the highlander handles covertops events in the queue, they won't be sorted correctly among the other events.
Last Update was apparently not pushed out correctly.

Yes I can confirm it works with LWOTC, just started new campaing and it works no problem, didn't got far enough for upgrades etc.

@Oni, Hi there. I am unable to get the third Resistance Order slot available for each faction. Is this because I am starting this mod mid-game and after I have already defeated all of the Chosen? I assume this means that I would have to start a new game and see what happens instead. Or am I doing something wrong?

Also, I can't get more than 2 Covert Operations going - only getting two slots for Scientists.

Please let me know if I am worthless and am not paying attention to your details. Otherwise, great concepts here! Hope I can get them to work.

Hey @Oni love this mode. however sadly for some reason the Holo Planner upgrade which increases wildcard slots is disabled in LWOTC.
Is there anyway you can make an option for LWOTC that enables it again?
