I recently discovered that there is in-fact a recipe for Pruning Shears and it must be discovered in a magazine that I've never seen before, nor has our entire group.
I decided to rework the recipe slightly and remove the need for a magazine while still remaining balanced. To achive this you need level 3 farming and metalworking gear to craft it.

Maybe? I haven’t played in awhile to test it and haven’t tested it on the new build. Don’t see why it wouldn’t work on the regular branch build though.
