1. Go to C:\Users\*username*\Documents\my games\FalloutNV
2. Open Fallout.ini
3. Change fDefaultFOV= value to 90 [fDefaultFOV=90.0]
4. add this line bottom of [Display] section: fDefaultWorldFOV=90.0
5. Save and put ''read only''

6. Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout New Vegas
7. Open Fallout_default
8. add this line bottom of [Display] section : fDefaultWorldFOV=90.0
9. Save and put ''read only''

Now u have custom fov and without losing achievements :)

just install JIP LN NVSE it disables the whole console disables achievements thing

I followed the instructions but when I click on "My games" I don't see FalloutNV and I was wondering if that's because I installed the game on a separate hard drive?
