Additional GTS Perks WOTC

Description
This mod completely revamps the GTS. The WOTC GTS is lifeless and empty because it was gutted by the faction system. All GTS were moved, but not replaced.
I intended to repopulate it with fun abilities from Favid's Perk Mod for WOTC.

-= WHAT IT DOES =-
The GTS is first emptied of most of its contents, then I recreate it and populate it with new abilities. These abilities are unlocked by default at Ranks 3, 4 and 5.

YES, it includes all 3 Faction classes.

YES, the Psi Operative gets 3 NEW PERKS.

YES, the SPARK has 2 GTSes as of now and they also can use the Squad one.

Shen gets all the Specialist stuff.
Central gets all of the Ranger stuff.

-= WHAT IT DOESNT DO =-
This mod does not modify any of the perk abilities or modifiers, with the explicit exception that it makes Sniper Elite work with EU AIM Rolls Mod. You'll need to customize
the other mod to your liking.

-= CUSTOMIZATION & DEFAULTS =-
Squad Size 1/2 costs are changeable in the INI file. I made them more expensive because they are valuable.
You can change when you get Squadsize. My default is Vanilla Game+1 rank (so 4 and 6 respectively).
GTS rank unlock values are changeable. They are available much faster than in the original game.
GTS costs for each rank is changeable, but they can only cost supplies. The costs are 25/50/75 respectively.

You cannot change what perk is given to what class, as this would require a lot of work. You can change when they get them however.

If you like being surprised, I'm adding an option to hide the perks until you get the requirements to get them.

You are free to copy this mod's code and create your own version with it's own perks at various stages.

-= BALANCING ISSUES =-
All perk values are controlled by the Perk mod, edit them there.
Having more perks means being stronger, so i suggest using a difficulty mod of some sort, including any of my AI packs.

-= REQUIREMENTS =-
Of course, you need Favid's Perk Pack for WOTC for this to function.
The WOTC Highlander is required by inheritance (it's required by the perk pack).

-= COMPATIBILITY =-
If you use Favid's mod or use a mod that uses any of these perks in the base game, it will work but the result will be horrible. Avoid it!
It should work with mods that ADD to the GTS, but I don't suggest it at all. Avoid anything that touches the GTS.

-= PSIONIC CLASS SUPPORT =-
YES! This mod will detect my Psionic Class mod, and will attribute all GTS to it! (New game only or you might get some weird stuff.)
The Psi Operative and the Psionic are treated as the same class for my mod.

-= KNOWN ISSUES =-
- I do not have additional pictures for the GTS on the top right when you check one, so they reuse existing ones. Sorry.
- The GTS needs time to fill the list, so the delay for the GTS to popup might be 1-2 seconds longer.
- YOU CANNOT REMOVE THIS ONCE YOU START YOUR GAME AS SOON AS YOU BUY 1 UPGRADE.
- Report issues with specific perks to Favid, and report missing abilities here.

-= VERSION 2.0 2019-03-09 =-
SquadSize III and IV is now implemented. Other mods have done it, what's special in this one? Well, you can customize when you get them, how much they cost but more importantly, if you want you can only enable Squad Size 3 so if you want 6+3 then you don't have Squad Size IV available in your game list!

By default, both the new Squad Sizes are off so if you don't enable them, this new updates does nothing for you except maybe those texts in game i fixed for Squad Upgrades not showing properly "Squad Upgrade: ".

Credit to BlueRaja for the Listener code. I was stumped how to do it without overrides to a core class, his code is of another world.

Seven Proxies: Provides +20 to Tech score. The new Seven Proxies group upgrade is unlocked at Rank 5. It costs 75 supplies.

can this re-enable/fix the random bonus trait / ability in the GTS?

They don't even appear to be configurable in the XComNewGTSConfig.ini.

So I am having some issue with 2 to 4 perks. For example, this line for the Ranger

""When an ally within <Ability:AVENGER_RADIUS/> tiles is shot at, you will automatically take a primary weapon shot back at the shooter.""

Doesn't display the number between the brackets <>. Same with

""Primary weapon shot that, if it hits, stuns the target for <Ability:DISABLINGSHOT_STUN_ACTIONS/> actions. Cannot critically hit. Uses <Ability:DISABLINGSHOT_AMMO_COST/> ammo. <Ability:DISABLINGSHOT_COOLDOWN/> turn cooldown.""

Is that something you are familiar with?

When a creator says something is not compatible, it usually means that the creator is unwilling to support it but it doesnt necessarily mean that it wont work. You might experience weird stuff happening even after what you just documented, but if youre fine with it then go ahead and use it. It's not "software-wise incompatible" in the sense that it won't run. Good luck to you!

No it's not. And i didn't do anything, the game will naturally tell you if its compatible or not with an ! sign.

Return GTS Perks fucks around with the GTS, so avoid it.

Return GTS perks from Faction Orders

I would really like to try this mod ( I want to do more with the GTS) but I’m wary based on the cautionary statements.

By Favid's Perks you actually mean [WOTC] Extended Perk Pack?
That's what shows up under the actual requirements.

As long as you are careful what perk ends up where, then yes its 100% compatible. But lets be honest most people just sub and forget so as a blanket statement i always preface with not compatible unless you make it work. But yes, Ocean is right I'm kinda zealous ;)
