The Deck
All the cards you need are 7s, 9s and 10s. They guarantee the win so make sure you have all of them in your deck. It´s also good to have some jacks to take your opponent´s card off the table and some kings to overraise your opponent´s stack. Check the caravan rules.
The Game
First discard all cards which are not 7, 9 or 10. You may leave a jack or a king. Start building stacks when you have at least three 10s. Build stacks of 10, followed by 9 and finally 7 to get your 26 points per stack. Check the video for a perfect match.
If your opponent has build a stack of 26, put a king on his stack to increase his stack points or use a jack to erase one of his cards from the table.

A great way to make a lot of money!

Yeah it´s still possible to loose though. But it makes it much more easier to win. Still good to understand the game anyway

The trick worked for me in a few instances. But in the event the opponent removes your stack from the table it makes it a lot more difficult. It helps to have spare Jacks/Kings in the event the opponent starts removing or overloading your stacks.

Questionable, it didn't work for me at all. I did what it said to do.

I tend to use the 10&6 and the 9&8 combo, with kings to double the highest of the combo.

I used to be really lost at Caravan. To be honest I think I persisted only because I had the Collector's Edition cards, and I really wanted to be able to play Caravan with them. So I played around 30 games before I finally understood fully its mechanics.
And it's really worth it. The game is actually really fun, so I've showed many friends how to play it. It plays a bit like Magic the Gathering in that there is a lot of interaction with the opponent's cards. Really, I would encourage anyone to keep trying, it's worth it.
