Gangrel

Gangrel, the Vampire Warrior, developed his vampire gimmick alongside his then-wife Luna Vachon in the early 90's. After brief stops in WWF, ECW, and WCW, he made his way back into the WWF as the leader of The Brood.

The stable, which also included future world champions Edge and Christian, would douse their opponents in blood. The Brood would go on to join The Undertaker's Ministry of Darkness, then remain together to begin a feud with The Hardy Boyz. Gangrel turned on Edge & Christian to side with The Hardyz, who would become The New Brood, although they too would soon drop Gangrel after winning the services of Terri Runnels.
Gangrel left WWF in 2001 and has been wrestling on the independent scene ever since. He has made a few appearances for WWE over the years, and nearly headed up a vampire stable on the ECW brand in 2006.
