[IA] Barbarian Architecture for Franks (All Western European Civilizations without IA)

The Franks have adopted their vintage Germanic look...

This mods gives the Franks a Barbarian architecture. Independent Architecture is required (subscribe to the mod and make it lower priority than this one) if you want this to ONLY apply to the Franks rather than to the Britons, Celts, and Spanish as well.
