Teutonic order castle with bits and pieces taken from existing examples in Poland, matched a bit better to the set than their brick counterparts. If you don't mind a stray from set consistency, AbeJin's Teutonic castle ( https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1436968798 ) might be for you, as it employs more authentic architectural Teutonic features from the Malbork order castle in particular.

This mod replaces all of the Central European set castles with the one shown in the preview image.
