Description
*** Non-Canon Lore Below ***

The MCRN Jamestown was adpoted as a dedicated deep-space alternative to the Corvette Class for exploring the farthest reaches of known space and patrolling shipping routes for extended periods. It is better armed than the Corvette Class with 8 standard PDC's (Gatling Turrets), 4 Anti-Ship PDC's (Missile Turrets), 4 Light PDC's (Interior Turrets) protecting the main drive, and four torpedo launchers (Rocket Launchers). After the recent conflicts, the MCRN, with its reduced fleet size, was determined to increase individual ship capabilities and prevent future losses. The Jamestown is a new design and part of a rapid rebuilding project to bring the MCRN back to full strength.

I hope you all enjoyed that bit of flavor. Now onto those pesky details. You already know the armament. Yes, it is true that this ship does not have the guided missiles that my ships usually do. That was intentional, as I wanted to build a more traditional SE ship, and, more importantly, there simply wasn't room in the design. You should have plenty of firepower for a ship this size. The Jamestown comes equipped with 5 O2 generators, 4 assemblers, a fully moduled refinery, 1 Jump Drive, 4 Cryo Tubes, Med Bay, 10 small reactors and 1 starter reactor, plenty of cargo, gryos, batteries, and O2 storage, and the usual scripts, which are listed below. It is protected with light armor in most places, with heavy armor around parts of the bridge and the front of the ship. There are 6 decks, Flight Deck, Medical Deck, Airlock and Storage, Crew Quarters, Computer Deck, and Engineering, with the reactor room as another space below engineering.

This ship is survival ready.

Scripts:
Whip's Artificial Horizon Script
Whip's Automatic Door and Airlock Script
MMaster's Automatic LCD's 2
ColTeH's Light Color Change Script (An update of an old script)

Please feel free to modify the ship to fit your in game needs. Just be sure to give credit to the original creator.

Author's notes:
You may notice that there is a very similar ship on my workshop under the Knightmare Industries designation. Simply put, Knightmare Industries is my own affiliation. There were a few flavor differences between the two to make this version fit a little better into The Expanse style of ships, but if you've seen that one already or others that I've made, you know that my own build style and that of The Expanse ships are pretty similar. I made this alternate version for those of you who want more variety with your Expanse ships. As I said above, this ship was made to be a more typical SE ship, and I hope it fits into your game well. Enjoy!

Hello,

I love your "The Expance" Like Shipbuilds. The one I like the most is the "MCRN Jamestown". To practice a bit for myself, I gave the Jamestown a facelift and retrofitted it with the latest DLC blocks.
I like the result so much that I would like to publish it and ask you for permission. After all, the original design comes from you and of course I would name you in the description as the original creator.
If you don't want that it's ok too.
