Description
This requires End of a New Beginning to work as intended.

Does not add the parties from Victoria Politics!, but just leaves the ideologies from End of New Beginning Unchanged.
Also removes the law decision mechanics from Victoria Politics! for compatibility with End of a New Beginning

The reason it removes the ideologies is that with them EOANB would be completely broken.
