Before you start
To get 100% of the main game you will have to play it twice.
I recomend you go for the Oni medals , that is "kill all enemies", and all scrolls on your first playthrough.

With all scrolls and skills unlocked stealth and no kill playthrough is much easier.

Dishonored - Die while performing a stealth kill


Face Off

Face Off - Get killed by an arrow while throwing a 'Kunai'

God Eater

God Eater - Use 'Shinen' to swallow 3 guards at the same time

Gravity Rush

Gravity Rush - Perform an aerial kill from a 10m height

Their own medicine

Their own medicine - Use an explosive light to kill a guard

Troll

Troll - Make a guard suspicious 3 times in a row

Be sure to have invisibility equipped. It may help you to get away from a tricky situation.
If you fail go to menu and reload last checkpoint.

In my videos I do certain moves quite fast to save some time and not bore you to death with long moments of waiting. You don't have to rush anything. Take your time and wait for good moments to move. Stick to the shadows and bushes and you should be alright.

Final Boss Fight (chapter 13)
Final fight is quite easy.
Stay in the shadow and wait for her to come to you and when she's in range strike her. Repeat this 3 times and she will start shooting homing projectiles at you. Get above her and kill her.

Here's a playstation trophy guide for the Nightfall DLC which has the exact same achievements as steam. Like this you can easily find the katanas, the rest are pretty trivial to get.

Advice for people who want to get the Oni Medal on chapter 2 in the Nightfall DLC (aka getting the Executor Achievemnt):

This level might seem extremely frustrating as you think you would need to kill every enemy during the messenger escort part, but actually you can just follow him without stress and revisit the earlier parts after reaching elevator cutscene.
First, kill everyone on the farm, then follow the messenger at your own pace and after successfully reaching the elevator, don't go in it yet. You can now backtrack the whole trail of the escort part or even go back to the farm if that's what you want, and kill everyone.
The most important part is that during the escort you don't destroy any of the barriers, because even if you destroyed them, after the cutscene, the barriers get resetted but the magic balls do not. Which means that if you destroyed them before the cutscene, you can't go back because you can't destroy the barriers now.

Good guide, I reccomend that anyone who is 100%ing do the kill all enemies and never detected first when doing a new mission then replay it once you're finished. You can speed through levels when going for the no kills and since you would already have the other medals you can afford to be spotted
