Description
Randou (or Rando; it varies) Hibino is one of the protagonists of the relatively obscure Japanese PS1/Sega Saturn beat em up, which was also a launch title for the PS1 in 1994, Nekketsu Oyako. He's pretty much a Mike Haggar type in appearance, and strength (pile drivers!).

He works a standard powerhouse/beat em up style, with punches and tosses for days.
