A mysterious mountain hermit, first appearing in the comic "Wild and Horned Hermit", later becoming playable in the '14.5th' Touhou game "Urban Legend in Limbo".

Apply with PWGR patcher like you would any other mod.
Different versions for 1.02 and 2.0 in the same zip, along with the base configuration .txt file for the version.
Outfits are designed to work with configuration:
KasenIbaraki|1,0,1,0|4,4,4,1
with the last outfit supplying the plain arm to the rest.
Note that there are some graphical issues due to the game not being designed to support asymmetric limbs.
