Kaiserreich - Gray Germany & Blue Baltic

Description
This is mod changes the color of the German Empire in Kaiserreich from black to the color of the Waking the Tiger German Empire (Gray). It also changes the color of the United Baltic Duchy in Kaiserreich to the dark blue color of the United Baltic in vanilla.

@Bloody PEEVED Englishman thanks for the tip! it actually fixed the color scheme for me! I really enjoy the mod and the subtle but noticable change it brings to KR.
