Changes Afghanistan's starting leader and gives Afghanistan decisions to restore the Mughal Empire or Khorasan if they hold the correct territory.

Can you add a vanilla version? I love these mods that make more countries actually have meaning instead of just being there to smash instantly for no reason.

Yeah he was dead because he got assassinated by the British. In Kaiserreich the British Empire is in complete shambles and wouldn't be nearly as powerful and capable of going around assassinating people. Besides, the King of Afghanistan is probably low on their list of targets (Snowden and Mosley are more likely targets).
