Adds a Black Fuel Tanker which can be used for Multiplayer

❓ How To Use
1. Load up Singleplayer
2. Enable the mod in the Mod Manager
3. Open the Job Market
4. Select a Job
5. Attach the trailer
6. Save and exit the game
7. Load Multiplayer
8. That's it! Happy trucking
