T'loth Class Heavy Assault Cruiser (Babylon5)

The bigger guns of Narn's early foray into interstellar space, the T'Loth-class assault cruiser was little more than two Th'Nor-class light cruisers joined together by a relatively fragile superstructure. Despite this fairly basic construction, the T'Loth was capable of hauling hundreds of troops into a system and providing enough supporting fire to secure a (relatively unopposed) landing. As well as the same forward-firing plasma cannon as its smaller counterpart, the T'Loth mounted several trainable weapons. More capable than the Th'Nor against Brakiri and Markab cruisers, it was still at a significant disadvantage against warships used by the Hyach and Yolu, but tried to make up this difference through superior numbers. Nevertheless, these heavy monsters were sitting ducks for Centauri and Earth Alliance warships. Plans to bolt three Th'Nor-class ships together to create a rudimentary dreadnought were abandoned and instead resources were diverted into completely new designs that would mature as the G'Quan-class heavy cruiser and Bin'Tak-class dreadnought.
