France Kaiserbund Flag

Description
This mod replaces the hideous flag used by the German puppet state for France (the tricolour with the horse emblem) with a Kaiserbund-style flag based on the Kingdom of France flag in The Crown Atomic.

Please note that this is a minor graphical mod. As long as the Kaiserreich developers do not change the tag of France, this mod will work in perpetuity regardless of what patch the base game uses.
