Supports RimWorld versions 1.0 - 1.6

This mod adds classes with unique abilities.
RimWorld of Magic adds over 35 unique classes with even more available in class add-on packs. Each class has a set of unique abilities and fills specific roles (healer, offensive caster, utility, etc) and each class has a unique development tree to improve their abilities as they level up their class.

Additional features include unique apparel/equipment options, gem crafting and enchantments, magical buildings such as portals, arcane forges and more. Challenge your newfound power against new, deadly events. Unique research tree that opens up a diverse set of improvements for the colony, including learning how to animate Golems. A to top it off, a new "magic" faction that is known to deal in many powerful artifacts.

To add to the challenge, AI classes are able to use abilities.

Mod options are also included that allow you to tailor many mod related features such AI difficulty, how common mages/fighters are, and how fast mages develop.

The mod can be added to an existing save, but works and plays best when starting with a new game.

I started my first game with magic anabled set up an ideology with a voidseeker and was able to bestow magic onto a child. But I can't do it with my aduld colonists. There is only a message in the Ritual "X cannot already be a mage". I have no clue what that is meant to say. There is another Stoneborn guy in my colony with another ideology and I could do the ritual on him and I really don't understand what the requiements are, here.

@DelightfullyDemented No, this mod doesn't require any dlc. Might be a mod conflict; try disabling all your other mods to see if it still crashes.

do i need to own the anomly dlc as well? cause i use jecslite and still have hard crash when enable this mod which sucks cause this mods is in every world i make cause its so good

I used character editor to make my pawn a fire mage but it didnt seem to add any magic spells or mana bar. Am i doing something wrong?

@Saki best way I've found is to use magic/might as often as possible! Maybe hunt all the animals on your map down, repeatedly beat prisoners, etc.

@StoryTellerMerc unless you use Character Editor to add a specific class (e.g., Fire Mage) to a pawn's traits, you do need to find a book and learn a class (and that would only work for someone with the ability to learn magic, there's a trait that highlights their potential).

Any way to train and gain xp for magic/fighting? I'm looking for training facilities liek the ones in 'Misc. Training', with scheduling and maybe facilities to place down.

Hey, why does using animal bond on a thrumbo cause my previous animal bond to 'disapear'?

Like, yes, its abused... I am using it for easy taming good animals. but, so what?!?
