Real name Helena Frye, Victoria Frey is a rising wrestler from Britain. Her father, a part-Norwegian fellow whose gimmick name was Tyr Erickson, was one of the few proud flagbearers for the dying catch style of British wrestling... a popular, if uptight gentleman both when facing the public and in his family life. Though her father urged her not to become a wrestler -- it was, after all, a business that tends to break down even the strongest with constant pain and travel, to say nothing of the drugs and excesses he eschewed -- she nonetheless chose to do so in hopes of reviving British wrestling.

Though she still takes a few cues from the old style of British wrestling -- avoiding closed fist punches altogether in favor of fancy elbows, a decent enough ground game -- she is more Japanese-tinged than anything, incorporating that British flavor into a style closer to the modern style of puroresu than anything. Still, she often goes for the pin off of a running corkscrew European Uppercut when possible. Aside from that, her biggest moves are meant to show off her combination of strength and flexibility -- she has a straightjacket German Suplex, a snap powerbomb a la Chris Benoit, and most importantly, her two-fold trump cards: The Bifrost Suplexes. The first is a Japanese Ocean Cyclone Suplex from behind, and the other, a bridging fallaway package suplex.

As of recent, having grown tired of being seen as an honest, hard-working, straight laced women's wrestler; Victoria Frey has developed a more arrogant streak. Antagonizing the roster of Phoenix Rising seems to be her main MO...

There are hooks for a theme for her now, the filename is "Victoria Frey.mp3" Add whatever you want to your bgm folder within the Fire Pro World install folder. "Rule Britannia" is always a good choice, especially the version by Leonard Bernstein!
