Description
The Samoan Submission Machine is an incredible talent for a man of his size. One of the few Samoans not in the Anoa'i family, Joe made it on his own leg-work. A judo specialist and polynesian dancer, Joe can do it all. Mainly, he can tap you out from the Kokina Clutch.

Four attires (4th is classic Joe with bleached hair). Full stats, moveset, and logic inspired by his KOC 2 model with changes and upgrades where applicable. This Edit is competitive against both Kobashi and Reigns, two of his former opponents. (He was lower-mid-card in KOC 2.)
