A successor version was created.
ETS2 ver. 1.50 and all DLCs are supported

So I’ve started using this because version 1.43 was crushing the “enlarged colour background mod” The only thing I would personally say is that the colours seem really bright especially when you are in the freight market/Cargo. It can be quite difficult to see the grey dots which represent the cities. Some people might like the brightness but personally I just find it a bit too bright
