During construction, this asset behaves as well as a intersection - trying to "stick" to the road.
In order to place the building, turn ON the Anarchy mode (Ctrl+A), for this use the Fine Road Anarchy mod.
To place the building accurately, use Move It!
Use Touch This! if you need to edit the roads inside the building.
