Description
I put up a poll on Simtropolis regarding the now abandoned 'New Roads For Network Extensions 2' mod. I don't know if it requires an account but make one if it does cuz Simtropolis is awesome. CLICK HERE TO VOTE[community.simtropolis.com]

This is a place for development to continue. You must unsubscribe from Network Extensions Project before subscribing here (do not just disable it). This mod has all the goodies from Network Extensions Project with some additional fixes and enhancements. Until further notice, I plan to put all future upgrades here.

Troubleshooting Steps
1. Unsubscribe from mods called 'New Roads For Network Extensions 2', 'Traffic++' and 'Network Extensions V1' (they are unsupported mods)
2. Unsubscribe from this mod;
3. Resubscribe to this mod;
4. Verify game cache;
5. Fire up CSL and activate the mod in content manager.

6/20/2018:

-Added back missing roads One Way Road with Bicycle Lanes and Cul De Sac (disabled for now)

5/24/2018:
-Fixed zoning issue
-Fixed elevated/bridge misalignment for 2L 2 way national road

Known Issues
Traffic++ v2 is currently not working with this mod. Please unsubscribe from Traffic++ (simply disabling it doesn't help).

Some have also reported that they initially have issues subscribing to this mod. If you are having issues getting your game to work (save or new), Unsub this mod, unsub the original NExt (if subscribed), and unsub Traffic++ (if subscribed). Resub this mod and then restart the game.

If there are roads missing, you can also check the options for this mod to see if all the desired roads are checked as well.

Suggestion to resolving New Roads mod issue (incompatible to ver. 1.10 and ParkLife)

@CaptainAFK, as your save loads with "New Roads for NE2" active try as follows:
- Sub to Road Removal Tool & Zoning toolset (will need the latter to recreate zoning).
- Launch game, enable NRfNE2 & load your save, set pause on successful load.
- Go to options menu > RRT & demolish/replace all NRfNE2 roads. Note: vanilla replacement roads will not have zoning due to NRfNE2 issue!
- Create a NEW save file & quit to desktop.
- Unsub RRT and NRfNE2.
- Launch game, load NEW save, set pause on successful load.
- Use Zoning Toolset to recreate zoning & assign correct zoning type (else buidlings will disappear due to missing zoning - unless you're a detailer & have Plop The Grwoables).
- Create a NEW save file (repeated overwriting may corrupt the save).
- If everything worked out well you successfully eradicated NRfNE2 from your save.

when i follow these steps and load my save without "new roads" all roads dissappear! when i only deactivate the "one way with two bicycles" it works but the roads have no zoning. please help me my city depends on this mod!

@BOT Chad, I don‘t see the need to unsubscribe this mod as it is still being looked after by Lazarus*Man but you may have your reasons. If you indeed want to remove NE2 roads on you should look at Road Removal Tool by egi:

how do you disable this mod if you can't delete all the roads used from this mod? Game won't load

@mjm92150: Thanks for your translations so far. I committed your pull request from a couple days ago and I see you have another commit. Thank you. If there was a localization file made, it wouldve been made a long time ago by Katalyst6. I honestly don't know but I will probably need to refactor if one doesn't exist.

@josafat2022: Your whiny comment was removed. It would be helpful if you first read the troubleshooting instructions and then described how it is not working.

I didn't find on GitHub the folder Locale and the English xml file to translate in my own language.
Is it possible to add it ?
If is possible, could you please give me the link to update the English xml file to French ?
